Powered by CSBio's CSPEPM™ software, the system displays the peptide sequence and offers users protocol flexibility, allowing them to build custom step-by-step protocols (or use standard ones), assign different chemistries or protocols by amino acid, and perform selective capping or double/triple coupling within the same synthesis run.
Using heat exchangers and jacketed reaction vessels, the CS136X utilizes conduction heating that allows for the circulation of chilled or heated water from -20°C to 90°C to pre-heat solvents and reagents prior to delivery into the reaction vessel, as well as heat the reaction vessel during the entire synthesis. This creates a uniform and regulated temperature environment that improves crude peptide purity and speeds up synthesis.
