As an instrumentation company that has designed and manufactured custom peptide synthesizers for over 25 years, CSBio has custom adapted synthesizers for use in the DNA/RNA oligonucleotide synthesis industry for pilot and process scale manufacturing. Utilizing our CDMO and instrumentation experience, CSBio has developed a DNA synthesizer and has been synthesizing oligonucleotides over the past year with outstanding results.
Pilot Scale
The CS-OLIGO-D is a fully automated DNA/RNA synthesizer that can be used for oligonucleotide synthesis at the pilot and commercial scale with capacity of 0.2 mmol to 7mmol synthesis.
This system includes a high load resin reaction vessel with our patented 180ยบ inversion mixing with flow through, while also allowing for traditional synthesis with recirculation.
